How long does it take to receive my first proof?
I am usually able to have your first proof emailed to you within 1 business day. (Business days are Monday - Friday.)
How long will it take for me to have a finalized proof?
I've had final copies ready in as little as an hour. It all depends upon how quickly you respond to my emails, how often you can check your email, and how many changes you request. I keep making changes until your proof is perfect in your eyes!
How long does shipping take?
Once an order is processed, it usually takes less than 7 days for the order to arrive in your mailbox. Designer cards (cardstock), folding cards, and Mommy cards have a longer processing time, so please allow up to 14 days for them.

If I order the digital file, where can I have my items printed?
You can print them at home or at your favorite local printer or photo developer. There are also a multitude of online printing services and photo developers that offer very competitive rates.
Does my order include envelopes?
Yes! All products (excluding postcards, e-files & Mommy cards) come with bright white envelopes. The envelopes are included in the quoted cost.
Is there a minimum quantity of cards per order?
Yes, there is. The minimum order for all items is listed on the Prices Page.
How do I pay?
When I email your proof to you, I include a link to my payment page. I prefer to go through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay, just a major credit card. It is secure, and PayPal is highly trusted! Visit the PayPal website for more information.
What if the sample is shown with a black and white photo, but I want to use a color photo? Is that okay?
Absolutely! I can also change any color photo to black & white, or sepia (antique). It's completely up to you.
Can I request custom colors?
You betcha! If you have a special photo or theme in mind, I can easily change the colors on the design to match, in MOST cases. There are a few that cannot be changed. Feel free to ask!
What days do you work?
I work on my creations Monday thru Friday, and even some Saturdays. However, I will not be available on Sundays. On Sundays, I rest. I do not budge on this policy, however, if you have an issue with it, I encourage you to take it up with the Man Upstairs! *wink, wink*
